Quarter 3 2008

Sale volume maintained the trend set in the 2nd quarter and outpaced it. Unfortunately, foreclosures also maintained the trend, but the last month of the quarter actually had fewer foreclosures than the prior month, a trend we'd like to see continue. Quarter 2 2008

Sales continue to remain strong, nearly doubling over the prior quarter, however prices are still on the decline as the market is saturated with foreclosed properties, with each quarter outpacing the prior quarter by nearly 500 foreclosures over the past 4 quarters.
